It depends on your child's age and how you want them to learn. The My Phoenyx Toy (ages 3–5) is a screen-free plush companion — your child talks and plays with My Phoenyx out loud, no device needed. The My Phoenyx App (ages 6–9) weaves language lessons into games, riddles, and stories on a parent-gated app. Both help your child build a second language through natural conversation. If you have kids in both age ranges, they can each use the product that fits them.
The Toy is a physical, screen-free plush your child speaks with directly — best for little ones (3–5) who aren't ready for screens. The App is a guided, interactive experience for older kids (6–9) with more structured lessons and stories. The My Phoenyx App is a new, separate product with its own features, pricing, and terms. You don't need one to use the other.
Not at all. My Phoenyx is designed for every level — complete beginners, kids with a few words, and those who already hear the language at home. It adapts to your child and grows right along with them.
